1 bag frozen hashbrowns
2 c. diced onions
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 large sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix everything in a large casserole dish. Bake at 375º F for 1 hour uncovered.
