4 medium potatoes, very thinly sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
In greased 6 c. (1.5 L) casserole, arrange half of potatoes and half of onion. Sprinkle with half of mozzarella cheese and half of Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. In small bowl, combine soup, milk, Italian seasoning and garlic; spoon over potato mixture. Cover; bake at 400º for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
