1 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients then make well for oil & milk. Mix to smooth paste. Knead on floured board 10 times. Roll out 1/4 inch thickness. Cut in 3 inch rounds or fix on cookie sheet (oiled). Brush dough with oil.
SPREAD:
1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
1/4 tsp. onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
mix together and spread on pizza. Top with cheese and other toppings ie. ham, bacon, sausage, peppers, mushrooms.
Bake at 450F for 10 - 12 mins.

I first remember my Mom making this when we were living in Lusaka, Zambia. It brought a taste of home back when we were far away.
