1 head lettuce, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
4-5 green onions, including tops, chopped
10 oz. pkg frozen peas
2 cups fat-free mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, fat free
4 tbsp. bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lettuce, pepper and onion in a 9x13 pan. Rinse peas with hot water, drain and sprinkle over salad mixture.
Mix sugar and mayonnaise, spread over salad. Sprinkle bacon bits over mayonnaise. Then sprinkle parmesan cheese over bacon. Cover and chill for at least 2 hrs.
