1.3 lbs lean ground beef
5-6 medium russet potatoes( Yukon or red potatoes can be substituted)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2-3 stocks celery, chopped into small pieces
1 medium onion, diced
1-2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
4 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small green pepper, diced
Black pepper, basil, oregano, Italian seasoning to taste

Directions:

Peel potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cook in a large saucepan with 1 inch salted water about 20 minutes, or until done. Drain.
In a large skillet, brown beef with diced onion and green pepper, celery and crushed garlic, Add sliced mushrooms when everything else is almost cooked. Stir in soups and a small amount of water, if needed. Add potatoes and seasonings. Warm through.
