1 bag fresh cranberries
1 whole orange, seeds removed cut into 8 pieces
2-3 inch piece fresh ginger peeled
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Using the food processor, pulverize all the ingredients until they are the desired consistency.
Some people like it smooth some like a bit of texture.
Spoon it into a container that has a lid and refrigerate until ready to eat.
