1 jar roasted red peppers, drained and diced
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
3 Tabs. Prepared Pesto (or homemade if you're ambitious)
2 Cans Crescent Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the diced peppers, feta, and pesto. Put a heaping spoonful on each crescent roll before rolling. Cook crescent rolls according to package directions or until golden brown.

* If you'd like smaller appetizers, cut the crescent rolls in half before filling.
* The filling also makes a great bruschetta like topping to serve on toasted baguette slices instead of inside crescent rolls.
