4 Tbl butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 c flour
1 c milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 lb mild cheddar cheese, grated
20 oz cooked spinach, drained and chopped
1 Tbl chopped onion
seasoned salt, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in oven in 9 x 13 baking pan. Remove pan. Beat eggs well, then add flour, milk, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
Add cheese, spinach and onion. Mix well.
Spoon into baking dish and level off.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt if desired.
Bake at 350 for about 35 min. Let cool for about 45 min. Cut into bite-size squares.

I use about 3 Tbl unsalted butter, 1 8 oz package of mild cheddar and about half an 8oz package of reduced fat sharp cheddar. I use the frozen chopped spinach that comes in the 10oz box. I do not use the seasoned salt.
