2 cans( 5oz. each ) chunk chicken, drained
1 can (10 3/4 )condensed cream of celery soup
1 can (2oz. )mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 jar ( 2oz. ) diced pimientos, drained
1 cup bisquick original baking mix
1/3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. Mix chicken, soup,mushrooms,and pimientos.Divide among six 6oz. custard cups.PLace on cookie sheet.
Mix baking mix and milk until soft dough forms, beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn onto surface with dusted baking mix to coat and shape into a ball, kneed 10 times. Roll 1/2 in, thick.cut into 6 circles with a 2 " cutter dipped in baking mix. Place 1 bisquit on chicken mixture in each cup
Bake 10-12 min. or till golden brown. Invert each on to dinner plate.
