For crust use the cookie crumb type from Smitty's

1 8-oz package of cream cheese softened

1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk

1 6-oz can frozen lemonade concentrate thawed

Few drops yellow food coloring

1 4-oz container Cool Whip

Directions:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk, lemonade and food coloring. Fold whipped topping in. Pour into pastry shell. Chill at least 4 hours.
