2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup Frank's red hot sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp chicken broth

Preheat the broiler

Place wings in large pot and fill pot with water to cover by about 2 inches. Bring to boil and continue to boil for about 10 minutes, drain.

Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine hot sauce, lemon juice and broth. Set aside.

Transfer the wings to a wire rack and broil for 5 to 6 minutes, I line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire cooling rack on the baking sheet. Broil until the skin starts to blister and brown. Turn he wings over and broil another 4 to 5 minutes.

Transfer the wings to a baking sheet and drizzle with reserved sauce and toss well to coat. Place baking sheet under broiler for 1 minute to heat the wings and sauce together.

Serve with extra hot sauce on the side
