Tomato sauce
1 pound veal thinly sliced
2 eggs
bread crumbs
olive oil
Parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pound veal until thin

2. Combine 2 eggs, slightly beaten and a little water in a bowl.

3. Combine bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.

4. Dip veal slices in egg mixture than bread crumbs.

5. Fry in olive oil until lightly brown on both sides - set aside.

6. Grease baking dish layer sauce and veal - top with sauce and mozzarella cheese.

7. Bake at 350º 30 mins.
