1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine (softened)
8 oz. package of regular cream cheese (softened)
1 cup confectioner's sugar
2 (3 1/2oz) packages instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
12 oz. container Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) package of Oreo cookies ground in the blender or food processor
Directions:

1. In a large bowl, cream margarine, cream cheese, and confectioner's sugar

2. Stir in instant pudding, then milk.

3. Fold in Cool Whip.

4. Layer pudding mixture, then layer of ground cookies, repeat, ending with cookies.

5. Chill and serve
