Personal Notes:
These sausage cheese balls are David's specialty. They have become a Christmas time tradition in the Toups household. We all know that Santa's sleigh is almost loaded when we see David in the kitchen, kneading the dough. He usually makes two big batches a couple of days before Christmas. We eat a ton of them when they are hot and fresh out of the oven and then we freeze all of the rest (they freeze well). On Christmas morning, we always reheat some in the microwave and serve with cinnamon rolls, orange juice, and coffee.
