2 lbs. roasted whole almonds (chopped)
2 lbs. sugar
1 1/2 lbs. honey

1/8 lb. vanilla powder
1 small bag of cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. In double boiler mix honey and semi-sweet chocolate. First warm the honey then add chocolate little by little. Let it cool off but it should still be warm.

2. Put flour on table with a hole in the middle. Put sugar in the middle and add the chopped almonds, cocoa powder, lemon rinds, cinnamon, vanilla powder, eggs, and honey with chocolate.

3. mix this together slowly adding the flour from the sides. Mix until everything is added. Keep about a handful of flour aside for your hands.

4. Put in a glass bowl and put crisco on the bowl so dough won't stick to sides. Put in refrigerator over night or longer.

5. Take dough out about an hour before ready to cook. Make ropes and flatten a little. Cut into about 1 inch pieces.

6. Put on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
