9 C flour
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
3 C brown sugar
3 C sugar
4 C vegetable shortening
3 12oz. packages chocolate chips
Mix and store in airtight container till ready to use.

Combine 7 C mixture with 1 tsp. vanilla that has been mixed with 2 slightly beaten eggs. Bake cookies at 375 º for 8-12 minutes.
