4-6 Boneless Pork Chops
1 T Vegetable oil
1 package Stuffing mix
1 can Apple pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Brown pork chops in oil, season to taste
prepare stuffing
spread pie filling into a greased caserole dish
Place pork chops on top of pie filling
Spoon stuffing over chops
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 minutes
uncover and bake 10 minutes longer
