1 lb. ground sirloin
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 can of black beans drained and rinsed
6 cups of assorted green lettuce, ripped in bite size pieces
1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese (Monterey jack, pepper jack, Colby jack, or cheddar work best)
3 large tomatoes, diced in bite sized pieces
1 bag of original doritos
1/2 cup Catalina salad dressing, add more or less to taste

Directions:
Brown ground sirloin in a skillet, drain excess fat, add taco seasoning, combine well, and remove from heat. Add drained and rinsed black beans to ground sirloin/taco meat, combine well and let cool 10-15 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, toss lettuce, cheese and diced tomatoes, add taco meat and bean mixture. Crunch doritos in salad, add Catalina salad dressing to taste, and toss well.
Serve with garlic bread and enjoy!
