Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. paprika

Soft Tacos
2.5 lbs. of pork roast or pork butt
2 10-ounce cans of diced tomato and green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Pat pork with seasoning. Turn slow cooker on to your desired heat and time (we do low for about 7 hours). When it’s done, drain the fat and break up the pork. Add it back to the slow cooker. Add the tomato and chilies. Warm through. It’s that easy! We like to heat up the tortillas and top with cheese and sour cream. Enjoy!
