3 c. whole almonds, toasted
2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
8-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
¼ c. chopped sweet red pepper
2 T. chopped green onion
½ tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop 1 c. of the almonds and mix with rest of ingredients. Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight. Shape into 2 oblong balls with pointed ends. Press whole almonds into cheeseballs, beginning with pointed end, to look like pine cones.

Serve with crackers or vegetables.
