1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
1 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking powder
3 peaches, sliced (1 1/2 c.) or 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 c. whipping (heavy) cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Cut margarine into flour, 2 T. sugar, salt and baking powder using a pastry blender. Pat mixture evenly into the bottom and halfway up the sides of an 8x8 square pan. Spread out peaches on crust in pan. Mix the sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over peaches. Bake 15 minutes. Beat egg yolks and whipping cream. Pour over peaches. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until custard is set and edges are light brown. Serve warm. Refrigerate any remaining dessert.
