1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg(can replace sugar and egg with 1/3 c. brown rice syrup)
2 T. cocoa (2 tsp. is enough)
3 T. milk
2-3 T. oil
3 T. mix-ins such as:choc., butterscotch or peanut butter chips or coconut(opt)
2 T. chopped nuts

Directions:

In a large mug mix together flour, sugar, cocoa and egg. Add milk and oil and mix well. Stir in mix-ins. Place in microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes (may take longer in a low wattage microwave oven- up to 5 minutes). Let cool for a minute or so. Serves two if you wish to share. For a healthier version use suggestions!
