2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) cond. cream of potato soup, or cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. (2 lbs) frozen hash browns
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the soup, sour cream and garlic salt. Add the potatoes and cheddar cheese, mix well. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Top with the grated Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
