1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. rhubarb (may substitute same amount of apple, peeled and cut up)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order given, then fold in rhubarb. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
