1 can black beans (rinsed)
1/2 c salsa
8-10 green onions chopped
8 burrito sized whole wheat tortillas cut into bite-sized pieces
3/4 c low fat cheddar/Monterrey jack cheese blend
1 c chopped green chilies
1 c low fat cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tortillas into bite sized pieces and place in 325º oven until slightly crispy. Rinse black beans and combine with onions, salsa, and cheese. Spread mixture over cooked tortilla pieces. Layer one can of cooked chicken, small can of chopped green chilies and cheese to taste. Return to oven and cook until cheese melts and chicken is warm.
