1 1/2 lbs chicken cubed
1/2 flour
1 1/4 t salt
3/8 t pepper
1 1/4 t paprika
1/2 c butter or oil
1/2 c silvered almonds
2 bouillon cubes
2 T ketchup
2 T sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika in plastic bag or tupperware. Add chicken and coat. Reserve the remaining flour. Brown chicken on all sides in butter or oil. Do not overcook. Push chicken to side and lightly brown almonds. Turn off heat. Add bouillon, remaining flour and some water to mix. Turn on heat and gradually add enough water to give desired consistency. Add ketchup and sour cream, stirring until thickened and hot. Serve over rice or buttered noodles.
