1 lb ground beef
1 large onion sliced
1 large pepper chopped
1 16 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 c uncooked rice
1/2 t salt
1 t chili powder ( more if you like it hot)
1/8 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat in brown and veggie tender. Stir in tomatoes, rice , salt, chili powder and pepper. Heat through. Pour into ungreased 2 qt casserole. Cover and bake one hour.
