1 Cup uncooked rice.
3 1/2 Cups boiling water
1 tsp salt
2 Cups celery
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 pound of hamburger
4 Tbls soy sauce
8 ounces of fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbls brown sugar
2 Tbls. butter.
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Pour boiling water over rice. Add salt. Let stand.

In a dutch oven, brown out hamburger with the celery, onion and mushrooms. Drain off fat. Add the rice to the pan along with the soy sauce, butter and brown sugar. Bake 1 hour covered at 325º. Uncover, and add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Bake 1/2 hour longer.
