1 yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c water
2/3c butterscotch chips
3 eggs
1/3 c oil
1/8 tsp cinnamon.

Frosting:
1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar,
1/4 c milk
1 3/4 c powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan, heat water and butterscotch chips until melted. Cool 10 minutes. Grease and flour 9x13 pan. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, cinnamon, and butterscotch mixture. Beat as directed for cake mix. Dump into pan and bake 350 degrees according to cake mix.

For Frosting: Melt butter. Add brown sugar. Boil over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk, bring back to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and cool to lukewarm. Gradually add powder sugar. Beat until thick enough to spread. (If it gets too thick, add a little hot water.)
