1 1/2 c cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 c sugar
1t cinnamon
1 t allspice
1/2 t salt 3 eggs 1C milk 2 T butter
9 " unbaked pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and mash sweet potatoes while warm until lump free. Add all dry ingredients. Mix well. Beat eggs, add to mixture and cream well. Blend milk into mixture and add butter. Pour into pie shell and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350º.
