1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar

Filling:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T flour
1 T melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar, add well beaten eggs, mix and add dry ingredients. Add alternately sour cream and flavoring. Pour 1/2 of cake mixture into a greased pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 filling over, then add rest of mixture. Sprinkle remaining filling over top of cake.
Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes.

A bunt pan works perfectly, you can borrow mine...actually I borrowed mine from my sister 35 years ago and it still works fine!
