1/2 lb diced bacon
1 med onion chopped
1/s cup chopped celery with tops
2 T flour
4 cups milk
1 large can cream style corn
diced boiled potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
parsley & paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and drain all but 3 T drippings from saucepan. Add onions & celery to drippings. Cook until tender. Remove from heat, blend in flour. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is bubbly, boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add corn, potatoes, salt and pepper, heat thoroughly. Stir in bacon. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
