1 large thin skin lemon; use the peel and fruit wash, ,cut off the ends and REMOVE THE SEEDS, they make the pie bitter.( I used a lemon and a half from the store)
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter melted
Dash of salt
4 eggs
Unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Put all except crust in the blender, mix on puree about 2 min. Or until well blended. Taste to see if you need to add more sugar.
Pour into a unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
