1/4 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, mashed
1 4oz can green chilies, diced
1 Tb.. Oil
1 8oz rotel tomatoes
2 cans chicken broth
1 can beef broth
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. worcestershire
optional: cooked shredded chicken
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Monterey jack cheese
flour tortillas
sliced avocados

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic and green chilies in oil until soft. Add tomatoes, broths, spices and optional chicken. Simmer for 1 hour.
Cut tortillas into strips and place on cookie sheet. Spray with Pam and sprinkle with garlic salt. Flip and repeat. Bake in 350 oven until light brown. (turn 1/2 way through)
Just before serving add cream.
Ladle into bowls, top with cheese and tortilla strips. Garnish with sliced avocados.
