Spaghetti Squash:
wash squash
cut in 1/4
clean out seeds
In cooker put:
1 cup water
rack
squash
Pressure on high pressure 4 minutes. Quick release.
Take out and take spaghetti out of shell with fork tines.

Summer Squash:
Peel squash
Cut into cubes (not real small)
In cooker put:
1 cup water
rack
squash cubes
Pressure on high pressure 4 minutes. Quick release.
Take out of cooker and season.

Acorn Squash:
wash squash
cut in 1/2
clean out seeds
score inside squash with knife.
In cooker put:
1 cup water
rack
squash
Pressure on high pressure 4 minutes. Quick release. Take out of cooker and put in butter, salt and pepper and brown sugar. Possibly add some honey. Broil briefly in oven to caramelize the sugar.
