1 cup ground beef
1/2 cup cream cheese
dash of garlic powder
1/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 tomato
2 green onions
1 pkg taco spice
salsa
1/2 cup grated cheese
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
-combine cream cheese, garlic powder & sour cream until smooth & blended. Spread mixture on dinner plate.
-dice tomato, mix with lemon juice, spread on top of cheese
-brown meat, drain & add taco mix, add over tomato
-add chopped onion, then salsa & finally the grated cheese.
Use tortilla chips to scoop up dip.

I do not really measure anything, all depends on preferences & size of plate. I always double cream cheese.
