4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices swiss cheese (not processed)
1 can of cream of celery soup
1/4 cup sherry or dry vermouth
1 cup herb seasoned croutons
3 T butter
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in single layer, top with cheese.
Mix soup & sherry, pour over chicken. Top wtih croutons-press down lightly. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350º for approx. 1 hour
