white cake mix
rhubarb
1/2 cup white sugar
4 oz package strawberry or raspberry jello powder
Directions:
Directions:
Place couple inches of rhubarb on bottom of cake pan, cover with 1/2 cup sugar. Sprinkle jello mix over mixture, cover with prepared white cake mix.
Cook at 350º until golden brown on top.
