1 lb. ground Italian sausage
2 to 3 dashes of crushed red pepper (to taste)
1 diced white onion
4 Tbsp. bacon pieces, not cooked
2 tsp. garlic puree
10 cups water
5 cubes of chicken bouillon
1 cup heavy cream
3 large Russet potatoes, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Italian sausage and crushed red pepper in large pot. Drain excess fat, refrigerate while you prepare other ingredients.

In same pan saute bacon & onion over low-med. Heat (approx 15 min.) Add garlic, bouillon and water and heat until it starts to boil.

Add the diced potatoes and cook until med. Soft, about 20 min.

Add sausage and let heat through and just before serving add cream and let warm to just bubbly.
