2 1' thick husker chops
Durkee's Rib and Chicken Rub
Coarse pepper
6 oz fresh pea pods -- remove strings
1/2 bell pepper -- seeded and chopped
1/2 c celery -- chopped
3 green onions -- chopped
1 lg can mandarin orange -- drained
1 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
3 oz can chow mein noodles
3/4 c peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Rub the husker chops with the Durkee seasoning and pepper.
Grill until done (8 to 10 minutes)
Let cool down, slice length wise and slice strips into thin pieces.

Cut pea pods in 1/3. trim ends and take off stings.

Combine everything in a bowl except the chow mein noodles and peanuts.
Cover and chill, preferably overnight.

Just before serving put the chow mein noodles and peanuts on top and stir in just as ready to serve.
