5 med cucumbers, peel and thinly slice
1 ½ tsp salt
1 c sour cream
1/2 c Ranch salad dressing
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp instant minced onion
1/4 tsp sugar
dash pepper
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp spinach or herb seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Lightly toss cucumbers in 1 teaspoon salt.
Chill until well combined.
Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients until well mixed.
Toss cucumbers with sour cream mixture.
Refrigerate
