4 whole chicken breast boned & quartered
1 bag small red potatoes, wash & quarter
1 basket grape or cherry tomatoes
8 to 10 ounce jar basil pesto
2 Tb. Water

In bottom of 9 x 13 pan layer:
chicken
potatoes
tomatoes
pesto & water (stir together)
Bake 375 * 1 hour uncovered
Optional: thighs should work just fine in this recipe.
