2 pkgs yeast
1/3 c water -- 115*
1/3 c warm milk -- 115*
6 Tbsp soft butter
1/3 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
2 Tbsp fresh parsley -- minced
1 1/2 Tbsp dill weed
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp chives -- minced
4 1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
Stir in the milk, butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and seasonings.

Stir in the flour about 1 cup at a time, up to 3 cups.
Beat on low 3 seconds
Beat on high 3 minutes.
Stir in the rest of the flour by hand.

Let rise until double in large bowl.
Stir down the dough

Grease a angelfood cake pan or bundt cake pan.
Gently place the dough in the pan.
Bake 375* 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
