1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
3/4 cup pineapple juice
2 pkgs (3 oz. each) sugar-free lemon gelatin
1 carton (16 oz.) vanilla yogurt
2 cartons (8 oz. each) frozen whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
1) Drain pineapple, reserve juice. In a sauce pan heat reserved juice with 3/4 cup pineapple juice to boiling. Remove from heat.

2) Stir in gelatin until dissolved (about 1 minute) with wire whip. Stir in yogurt and 3/4 cup pineapple into hot gelatin. Chill until slightly thickened.

3) Fold in whipped topping. Chill until firm.
