1 lb breakfast sausage
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 - 1 1/4 cups Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix by hand until thoroughly combined. Mixture should be wet and sticky, not too dry. (Start with 1 cup of Bisquick, and add more until the texture is right.) Roll into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes or until browned.
