1 lb ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c onion
1 (16 oz ) pork and beans
1/2 c ketchup
2 T vinegar
2 1/2 t chili powder
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t pepper
2 T brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, pepper and onion. Cook and drain. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder and salt and pepper. Add this mixture to ground beef. Put pork and beans in a baking dish. Add other ingredients, mix well and bake in a greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch dish. Bake at 350º
