6 cubed steaks
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 cup flour
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt, pepper and flour.. Dip each steak in flour.
Have skillet hot with 1/4 inch oil. (medium high heat). Brown steaks on each side and put them in a dish that can go in the oven. Add stewed tomatoes, chopped onions and celery. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
