4 avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup red onion, diced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
3 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2-4 teaspoons Chipotle seasoning
1/4 cup sour cream

Directions:

Mash the avocados, lime juice, salt, and sour cream together in a medium bowl. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes and garlic. Then stir in the Chipotle seasoning. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
