For cake:
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. water
For filling:
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. marshmallow cream
3-4 tsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, pudding and water. Bake in a 9x13" pan at 350º for 30 minutes or until top springs back when touched. When cool, split cake through the middle so you have a top and bottom piece.
Combine filling ingredients and blend well. Spread the filling between the layers. Cut into desired serving size. Can be wrapped individually in plastic wrap, then frozen.
