2 (10 oz) pkg. baby limas
4 bacon slices, fried and crumbled
1 meduim onion, minced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp.curry powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French Fried Onions
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

Cook lima beans until tender; drain. Fry bacon and drain on paper towel. In bacon drippings, saute onions, garlic, and curry for about 5 minutes. Blend in soup, sour cream, and milk in a bowl until smooth. Add to dripping mixture; heat to boiling. Stir in drained beans and crumbled bacon. Put into 1 1/2 quart shallow casserole dish and top wiith slightly crunched French fried onions. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes.
